Piper, a sophomore setter from Sunbury (Big Walnut), dished out 126 assists over three victories on the week as the 11th-ranked volleyball team improved to 17-6 this season.

Piper had 34 assists in the team's conference win over Muskingum, only to follow with a combined 92 assists over two outings at the Wooster tri-match.

In addition to her setting, Piper hit an impressive .538 as a result of 22 kills (and one error) on 39 total attacks. She also had 20 digs.

As a result of her efforts, she was named the Ohio Athletic Conference "Player of the Week."
