CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Cardinal women's soccer team extended its win streak to four-straight with a 3-2 victory over Mount St. Joseph on Sunday afternoon at Schuler Field.
Otterbein (5-1-1 overall) have now defeated MSJ each of the last two seasons, having outscored the Lions by margin of 5-2 over that span. The win also was the first this year in which the Cardinals allowed a goal, having pitched a shutout in each of their four wins coming into Sunday.
MSJ was first to find the back of the net in the seventh minute following Stefanie Autenrieb's quick goal which gave the Lions an early 1-0 lead. The Cards responded four minutes later with a goal of their own credited to senior

Haley Hott gave Otterbein its first lead of the game in the 33rd minute, tallying her first collegiate goal off an assist from senior
Megan Gordon.
Spencer added to the Cardinal lead just over 12 minutes into the second half, as she scored her second goal of the game, firing a shot past MSJ goalkeeper Michelle Hessling off a dish from fellow senior
Erica Meier.
The Lions clawed their way back to a one-goal deficit in the 63rd minute after Autenrieb posted her second score to make the score 3-2 in favor of the Cards. Otterbein's defense finished the game strong, allowing just two shots over the final 27 minutes of action.

Andrea Pohlman notched her fifth win in goal on the year, stopping a pair of shots between the posts.
The Cardinals are now set to return home for a matchup against Hiram on Wednesday at Memorial Stadium. First kick is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
