WESTERVILLE — The Otterbein men's lacrosse team got a dominant 26-2 win over Heidelberg on Saturday afternoon to improve to 3-0 in Ohio Athletic Conference play.

Otterbein Stat Leaders

Senior Dom Dean led the way with five points on three goals and two assists.
Fifth-year senior Max Graham, sophomore Jack Regruth and junior Zach Mulligan also recorded hat tricks with three goals each.
Freshmen Jack Kennedy and Gabe Thayer and junior Jacob Snyder posted matching stat lines of three points on two points and one assist.
Sophomore Zach Merrill scored two goals.
Senior Nathan Lewis and sophomore Andrew Lewis tallied two assists each.
Senior Luke Farthing earned the win in goal, playing 17:30 and recording two saves.

Game Highlights

First Quarter: Otterbein outscored Heidelberg 7-0 in the first quarter. Graham scored three goals in the period, and Mulligan added a pair of scores.
Second Quarter: The Cardinals built an 11-0 lead before the Student Princes got on the board with a goal with 8:03 remaining. Otterbein closed the quarter with five unanswered goals to take a 16-1 lead into halftime.
Third Quarter: Heidelberg opened the scoring in the second half, but Otterbein added five unanswered goals to take a 21-2 edge into the fourth quarter.
Fourth Quarter: Otterbein outscored Heidelberg 5-0 over the final 15 minutes to come away with the 26-2 victory.
