On Tuesday, the Otterbein University men's golf team earned the 2024-25 PLATFORM Golf Team Academic Award in conjunction with the Golf Coaches Association of America. This award is given to teams that have an average team GPA of a 3.0 or better.

Otterbein earned All-Academic Team honors, presented to teams with a cumulative GPA of a 3.0-3.49. The Cardinals were the only OAC team recognized with the honor. In total, 292 schools across multiple divisions (NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA, NJCAA Division I, II, HBCU) were recognized.

Last week, Colin Bibler, Ian Morgan and Jake Morgan were named to the Division III Cobalt Golf All-America scholar team.
