BEREA, OH. - Otterbein used a balanced offensive effort and strong work on the glass to secure a 70-58 win over Baldwin Wallace on Wednesday night.

Julian Heckman led the Cardinals with a game-high 19 points, while adding four assists, four rebounds, and two steals. Heckman also paced Otterbein in efficiency, helping control the tempo throughout the contest.

Chase Garito provided a strong all-around performance, finishing with 11 points, three assists, and a block.
Dominic Theado was dominant inside, posting a double-double with 10 points and a game-high 11 rebounds, including seven offensive boards that fueled second-chance opportunities.
Troy Scowden also reached double figures, contributing 10 points and six rebounds.

Otterbein won the rebounding battle behind Theado and
Jarius Jones, who added nine rebounds, while Jones also chipped in seven points. The Cardinals shared the ball effectively, with Heckman and Garito leading the way as Otterbein consistently found quality looks.

Defensively, the Cardinals limited the Yellow Jackets to 58 points and forced multiple turnovers, converting defense into offense to maintain control in the second half. Otterbein also recorded three combined blocks from
Carter Piatt-Brown and Garito.

Otterbein improves to 10-2 on the season as they claimed their sixth straight victory. The Cardinals will continue OAC action this Saturday as they take on Capital in the Rike Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
