Henry earns first career OAC Athlete of the Week accoladae

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Freshman Leela Henry has been crowned the OAC Offensive Player of the Week, as announced Monday afternoon. This is Henry's first career honor, and the second Cardinal to receive the accolade this season (Ava Robey, 3/9).

Henry was phenomenal in Otterbein's lone game last week, a 14-13 overtime win at Adrian College. Henry played the role of hero, scoring the game-winner less than one minute into overtime to hand the Bulldogs their first loss of the season. She finished with four goals and a pair of assists, controlling five draws and picking up four ground balls.

Winners of four straight, Otterbein heads to Oberlin College on Wednesday for a 6 p.m. matchup against the Yeowomen.
