WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Otterbein University senior placekicker Caleb Meade (Sunbury/Big Walnut) has been named Ohio Athletic Conference "Special Teams Player of the Week" after a productive weekend of action.

Meade was responsible for 14 points in a narrow road loss at Wilmington, tying the Otterbein single-game record with four made field goals. He joins John Sims (2004 vs. Defiance) and Jim Hoyle (1980 vs. Kenyon) in the category.

Meade connected from 23, 31, 26 and 20 yards respectively to help the Cardinals walk away with points in the red zone, while also splitting the uprights a pair of extra points.

Otterbein will be back in action this coming Saturday at Memorial Stadium, hosting Marietta College for kickoff at 2 p.m.
