Men's wrestling dominates in first OAC dual

WILMINGTON, Ohio – In their first Ohio Athletic Conference dual of the season, the Otterbein University men's wrestling team dominated Wilmington, winning 43-8 on Tuesday night.

Wilmington's two wins came at the 125 and 141 bouts, while a forfeit from WC at 133 saw Otterbein trailing 8-6 through three weight classes.

Senior Zach Orseno righted the ship for the Cardinals at 149. Orseno grinded out a 9-3 win to swing Otterbein back in front. Luke Dolan followed at 157 with a tech fall. The sophomore improved to 4-0 on the young season after the 17-2 win. At 165, fellow senior Carter Mottley added six points for Otterbein, pinning Asher LeBeau in 1:48. Eli Cassady rounded out the night with a 17-2 tech fall victory in the 174 bout.

The Quakers forfeited the matches at 184, 197 and 285.
