Esports opens spring season with tough battles, Rainbow Six earns win

WESTERVILLE – The Otterbein Esports team opened the spring portion of their schedule with a tough week, facing losses across multiple titles. However, Rainbow Six Siege secured a 2-0 win over Central Missouri, led by freshman Troy Jackson

WEEKLY RECAP: 
  • Rocket League (Mon, Feb. 3) – Fell to Cleveland State, 3-0.
  • Overwatch 2 (Tues, Feb. 4) – Defeated by Northwest Michigan College, 3-0.
  • Call of Duty (Wed, Feb. 5) – Dropped a 2-0 match to NC State University.
  • Valorant (Wed, Feb. 5) – Took a 3-0 loss against Fisher College.
  • Rainbow Six Siege (Thurs, Feb. 6) – Secured a 2-0 victory over the University of Central Missouri.
    • Player of the Match: Jackson delivered a standout 27-7-7 Kill Death Assist (KDA) in the win.
