WESTERVILLE — The Otterbein women's outdoor track and field team competed at its home Twilight meet on Friday, earning third-place, led by strong relay efforts, standout performances in the throws, and a handful of new-personal bests across the board.
The Basics
- Venue: Memorial Stadium - Westerville, Ohio
- Otterbein secured third place among 20 teams, scoring 77 points. Mount Union won the meet with 145.50 points, and Ashland was second with 89 points.

Otterbein's Top Performers - Running Events
- 4 x 100m Relay - Freshman Natalie Nichols and Mallory Bostick, sophomore Genevieve Legawiec, and junior Charlie Dolliver took second place with a time of 51.64 seconds.
- 100m Hurdles - Dolliver took second with a time of 15.42 seconds.
- 4 x 400m Relay - Junior Rachel Bollo, Bostick, Legawiec, and Nichols finished third with a time of 4:25.54.
- 400m - Nichols finished sixth with a time of 59.43 seconds.
- 3000m Steeple - Freshman Brenna Lay finished seventh with a time of 12:26.78.
- 5000m (Fast Heat) - In seventh was senior Alyssa Mattis with a time of 18:53.50.
Otterbein's Top Performers - Field Events
- Discus - Sophomore Landry Driskel threw 44.71m, securing first place. In sixth was freshman Tori McGowan with a distance of 37.59m, and freshman Nkengnju Ajuseh followed in seventh throwing 35.75m.
- Javelin - Senior Peyton Carpenter placed second overall with a throw of 36.04m.
- Triple Jump - In third was Dolliver, clearing a distance of 10.80m.
- Shot Put - Carpenter finished third with a distance of 12.37m, freshman Anastasia Smith followed in fourth with a distance of 12.36m, freshman Kendra Detillion placed seventh throwing 11.26m, and McGowan followed in ninth with a distance of 10.92m.

- Legawiec ranks fourth overall in the 400m hurdles (1:05.08, 2024).

- Senior Ravyn Goodson is tied for fifth overall in hammer throw (39.98m, 2024) and ninth in discus (38.21m, 2024).
- Detillion and sophomore Amelia Dailey earned spots in the hammer throw all-time records. Dailey is tied for fifth (39.98m, 2025) with Goodson (39.98m,2024), and Detillion sits in ninth (35.04m, 2025).
- Carpenter ranks seventh all-time in javelin (36.05m, 2025) and is tied for ninth in shot put (12.37m, 2025).
- Smith fifth all-time in shot put (12.99m, 2025).
