TIFFIN, Ohio – The Otterbein University women's wrestling team put together a strong showing Saturday at the Tiffin Duals, posting a 3–1 record with wins over Lourdes, Northern Michigan, and host Tiffin.

Otterbein 48, Lourdes 1

The Cardinals opened the day in dominant fashion against Lourdes, winning nine of 10 bouts. Vita Savage, Kellie Kennedy, Hailey Hatfield, Caroline Kearns, and Jada Weiss all earned forfeit victories to give Otterbein an early lead. From there, the Cardinals added falls from Emma Rinehart (4:19), Abby Green (4:46), and Reagan Hites (4:36). Audrey Garcia and Marvet Hejazin capped the dual with technical fall victories at 160 and 207, respectively.

Otterbein 30, Northern Michigan 27

Otterbein followed with a narrow 30–27 victory over Northern Michigan. The Cardinals opened the dual with forfeits from Savage, Kennedy, and Hatfield to build an 18–0 lead. Kira Cole and Alicia Coleman added back-to-back falls at 131 and 138 to extend the advantage. Northern Michigan responded with wins in the final four bouts, but Otterbein's early momentum held up for the team victory.

Otterbein 26, Tiffin 17

The Cardinals continued their momentum against host Tiffin, earning wins in six bouts. Kennedy and Hatfield picked up falls early, while Cole and Garcia contributed technical fall victories at 131 and 160. Weiss delivered a key 13–4 decision at 145 to help Otterbein pull away and clinch the dual.

Frostburg State 38, Otterbein 11

Otterbein closed the day against Frostburg State. Savage opened with a forfeit win at 103, while Cole recorded a fall (1:09) at 131. Frostburg State capitalized in the remaining bouts to take the final dual.

Otterbein returns to action on Jan. 18, traveling to Iowa City to compete in the Lehigh Tri-Meet.
