Women's golf wins fifth consecutive tournament at OAC Spring Preview

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ohio – At the OAC Spring Preview, the Otterbein University women's golf team came away victorious, shooting a 343 on Monday. The Cardinals edged out Baldwin Wallace by two strokes and Mount Union by three strokes.

Senior Alexa Luebbe led the charge, shooting an 83 and finishing fourth in the field. Olivia Dickson tied for seventh with an 85 at the event, followed by an 87 from junior Aimee Hayes, who placed tenth. Mia Lewis, Mia Chanthasene and Morgan Wamer rounded out the team, each carding an 88 to tie for 11th.

Dating back to fall competition, this is the fifth consecutive team victory by the Cardinals.

On Sunday, the Cardinals will play in the Wittenberg Spring Classic. The two-day event will be held at Springfield Country Club.
