Track and field trio, women's team earn USTFCCCA academic honors

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Three Cardinals earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic status. In addition to the individuals honored, the women's track and field team received the Team Academic Award, boasting a GPA of 3.28 for the school year.

Joab Bockstoce and Richmond Honkpo were both recognized on the men's team. Charlie Dolliver was the lone representative on the women's squad, adding another accolade to an impressive senior campaign. The trio were all named College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District last month.

Bockstoce, a mechanical engineering major, enjoyed a breakout season for the Cardinals. A finance major, Honkpo earned All-American honors in both the indoor and outdoor long jump as a junior last season. Dolliver is a recent Otterbein graduate with a degree in environmental science, punching two trips to the NCAA Championships and triple jumping to All-American accolades during the indoor season.
