OBERLIN, OHIO - Otterbein University sophomore Jeremy Farver ran his way to a 192nd-place finish Saturday at the NCAA Regionals hosted by Oberlin. Otterbein did not send a team to compete.

Calvin College earned the team title while Kevin McCarthy of Wabash College took him the individual crown in the 243-runner field, finishing with a time of 24:31 to best Denison's Makorobo Salukombo by 13 seconds.

Farver (Bay Village/Bay) completed the eight-kilometer course in 28:42, nearly equal to his mark of 28:36 in the Ohio Athletic Conference Championships.
