The Cardinals (16-6) advance to take on top-seed Ohio Northern University Saturday morning at 10 a.m. Meanwhile, the Crusaders season concludes at 13-6.

Otterbein took a 2-1 lead into singles competition to give themselves an early edge in the match. The duo of freshmen Will Willson and David Seckel, who lost their No. 1 doubles meeting with Capital last week, avenged the defeat with a sound 8-4 win. Freshman Jake Devore and sophomore Andrew Sutter picked up the other doubles win at No. 3 doubles, 8-6.

Fellow freshman Zach McDivitt delivered the victory with a 6-1. 3-6, 6-3 decision at No. 4 singles to clinch the win for Otterbein.
