Match ResultsWESTERVILLE, Ohio - The Otterbein University men's tennis team cruised to an 8-1 victory over Albion (Mich.) on Saturday afternoon inside the Clements Rec Center.
Otterbein (6-5 overall) wraps up the start of the spring season on a three-match win streak and begins Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) competition at home on March 30 against Muskingum. First serve is set for 3:30 p.m.
Senior
Will Willson improved to 7-4 on the year as the No. 1 singles player for the Cardinals, topping the Britons' Ross Kynast (6-2, 6-0). Willson also picked up a doubles victory alongside classmate
David Seckel over Kynast and Zach McKenzie (8-3).
Seckel also won his singles match, moving to 6-8 on the year, defeating Peter Pappas (6-2, 6-0). Fellow senior
Zach McDivitt was also victorious in both his competitions, taking down Josh McGarry in singles (6-2, 6-1) and pairing with freshman
Derek Krieger in No. 3 doubles for a win over Nick Kinachtchouk and Robert Joerg (8-2).
Junior
Ben Keen also picked up a singles win for the Cards, defeating Joerg 8-3 to improve to 6-7 so far this season. Freshman
Tyler Wharton recorded the other Cardinal win in singles, edgingÂ

Classmate Perry Williams fell in his singles match in three sets and then paired with Keen to defeat Pappas and McGarry (9-8) after a 7-4 tiebreak win.Â
