GRANVILLE, Ohio. - The Otterbein men's and women's cross country teams found themselves pushing forward at the NCAC Preview on Saturday morning, held at the Infirmary Mound just on the outskirts of Columbus. Denison University served as official host.
Typically, the team has opted for an off-week come the second Saturday of September. However, the allure of fierce competition and the opportunity to measure prowess against an array of teams from fellow Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC), North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC), and Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) teams was on the slate.
The men's team landed runner-up of 11 schools while, on the other side, the women's squad delivered a solid performance to land in fifth place. The Cards were firmly in the middle of the pack.
