FINAL RESULTS
NEW CONCORD, Ohio – Both Otterbein track and field teams finished out the opening month of January at the Muskingum Invitational across a full Saturday afternoon, landing upper-half finishes as units and charting more results leading into the key month of February.
Both sides took sixth place collectively in their respective standings, with upwards of 15 teams taking part altogether.
MEN'S HIGHLIGHTS:
- Star newcomer Richmond Honkpo won the long jump in a meet record of 22-10 (6.96 meters), more than a full foot ahead of second place.

- John Nice also hit the victory circle in the 5K, besting the field (of 29) by a healthy 17 seconds in a final time of 14:55. David Hartman and Cody Moore were fifth and sixth, respectively.

- Assistant coach Mack Conlon, not ready to hang it up quite yet, finished second in the triple jump at 44-8 and some change. Malvin Long took sixth in a field of more than 20.

- Nick Agerter settled fifth of 21 in the pole vault behind a height of 4.36 meters (14-3.5), securing that on his last attempt.

- Chase Jackson (8:50) and Payne Ratliff (8:52) both registered top-five results in the 3K, which saw a deep field of 42 entrants.

- The 4x2 relay of Ares Pasion, Cam Smart, Izaac Swope and Shamar Brittman took third in 1:35 and change, about two seconds out of the program's Top-10 list.

- The mile run featured four Cardinals in the top 13, as Garrett Miller (4:33) led the way in eighth.

- Swope also took seventh (of 22) in the 60-meter hurdles at 8.82 seconds.

WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS:
- Freshman phenom Alexis Weber continued making her name known, this time going 5.53 meters (18-1.75) in the long jump. She topped the field of 30 competitors and ties the third-longest mark in program history.

- Abby Sidloski took runner-up in the 3K, making the trip in 11:07 to cross second of 21 individuals.

- Peyton Proffitt finished second to Ohio Northern's Claire Schweller in the pole vault, registering 11-8 (3.56m). She passed multiple times before easily securing a pair of heights, and then unfortunately coming up empty at 3.71 meters.

- Ravyn Goodson took fifth (of 43) in the weight throw and then also 11th (of 50) throwers in the shot put.

- Amanda Radke landed sixth of 13 in the high jump.
Â
- The culminating 4x4 of Rachel Bollo, Brooke Hamilton, Genevieve Legawiec and Charlie Dolliver rested fourth of 10 schools, less than two seconds behind ONU in third.
