Mount, Pataky earn All-OAC accolades

WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Seniors Christian Pataky and Bryce Mount conclude their Otterbein football careers by earning Honorable Mention All-OAC accolades, as announced on Monday morning.

Pataky led all Cardinals with five touchdowns on the season. Used as a tight end, but taking direct snaps near the goal line, he caught a pair of touchdowns and rushed for three. He finished the season with 18 receptions for 151 yards.

Mount was part of an offensive line that helped Otterbein only allow seven sacks this season. Starting all 10 games, primarily as the right tackle, he was the experienced veteran who led a young front.

Otterbein turned in a 1-9 overall record in the first year under head coach Dave Marquis.
