Richmond Honkpo placed first in the long jump and soon-to-be senior
Khalil Jones finished third in the triple jump as the lone competitors for the Otterbein men's outdoor track and field team at Mount Union's Last Chance Meet on Thursday.

- The meet served as the last chance for Otterbein student-athletes to qualify for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships in Geneva, OH., on May 22-24. The top 20 in each individual event and top 12 relay teams in the TFRRS rankings earn qualification to the national meet.

Otterbein's Top Performers - Field Events
- Long Jump - Honkpo posted a winning leap of 7.19 meters to take first place. He entered the event with a personal-best mark of 7.36 meters, which currently ranks eighth nationally. He'll move on to compete at next week's national championships.
- Triple Jump - Jones turned in a solid showing, posting a mark of 13.82 meters to finish third overall.
