WESTERVILLE, Ohio – The Otterbein men's soccer team got back on the winning track with a 3-0 victory over Grove City on Saturday night inside Memorial Stadium.
The Cardinals, now 3-2 overall on the year, notched all three of their goals in the first half of play to keep their home record undefeated through two contests at Ballenger Field.

Otterbein held a 14-5 lead in shots through one frame, with sophomore goalkeeper
Collin Hoffmann locking down the goal with a pair of saves. Blake posted a trio of same on the other end.
Both teams played nearly even in the shot category over the final 45 minutes of action, as the Cardinals ended up holding a slim 5-4 lead in the frame. Otterbein ended the game owning a commanding 19-9 margin in shots, blasting seven of them on goal.
Hoffmann picked up the win in goal for the Cards, exiting the game in the 80th minute with four saves, while senior goalkeeper
Mack Stamper saw accounted for the remaining 10:31 of play between the posts.
