Wilkins earns First Team All-OAC honors

WESTERVILLE – After a record-setting senior campaign, Caitlin Wilkins has been named a First Team All-OAC honoree, as announced on Tuesday morning. This is the first all-conference accolade for Wilkins.

A spark at the top of the lineup, Wilkins set a new Otterbein single-season record with a .513 batting average. In 34 games, she tallied a team-best 58 hits, driving in 14 runs. The outfielder added 15 extra base hits and was 6 for 7 in stolen base attempts. She also struck out just three times in 130 plate appearances, drawing 15 walks.

Additionally, she was solid in the field, posting a fielding percentage of 1.000 on 75 chances. Wilkins added five outfield assists.

The Cardinals concluded the 2026 season with an 11-27 overall record and 2-14 overall in the OAC.
