Men's Soccer Receives United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches have announced its College Team Academic Award winners, recognized for the 2025-26 academic year.

In all, 326 men's teams across Divisions I, II and III as well as NAIA posted a team GPA of a 3.0 or higher, earning the award. Otterbein was recognized with a team GPA of 3.28 for the 2025-26 school year. Following the season, five members of the team received Academic All-OAC honors and two landed on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District squad.

The Cardinals will kick off the 2026 campaign on the road at Oberlin College on Sep. 1. Otterbein will hold its first home match of the season on Sep. 6 when the Tartans of Carnegie Mellon come to town.
